Customer Audit
View transactions for a specific customer by creating a Customer Audit report.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customers. |
Grant permission to the individual report > Customers > Customer Audit |
Create Your Report
Enter a Customer ID or select F12 to search.
After selecting a customer, select Load Periods. This will list all the financial periods the selected account has been active.
Use the drop down list in Transactions Starting to select the beginning financial period.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
Date of the transaction
The Invoice number associated with the transaction
TTR displays the Transaction Tracking Reference for the transaction and Transaction the Transaction type.
Ending Balance of shows any balance forward for periods previous to the period selected in the transactions starting field.
Amountindicates the amount of the transaction and Balance of the account by day. The amount in the Ending Balance of acts as a starting balance and the transaction amounts are added or subtracted based on the transaction type.
Current Balance provides the current Accounts Receivable balance on the account.
